Only cabbage with spinach
Easy to make recipes and tasty to eat…especially the vegetarian ones. This is your choice of taste of which vegetables you add to the rice and the flavoring can be varied. Saying this i have created these 2 recipes to help and hope you can use them both to assist a main meal or have as one and place a salad as a side dish.
Also, have you noticed being veggie how a small amount of food goes a long way and can prepare for plenty meals.
VEGAN IS even very creative so many of my meals are simpler than the huge amount of talent that goes into vegan cooking than cooking vegetarian foods.
It seems strange to say the least how food can affect you and how vitamins is very important and needed for your body matter .. I have not tried to venture to do a write up by myself i have also used useful contact from Bupa to help with supportive detail about vitamins.
just for a break it is a single person’s recipe though add more ingredient if want bigger quantity. All you need is Cabbage about 100g or just use small amount of cabbage, onions and if you want garlic clove and a dash hand full of fresh spinach.
Base with water in saucepan and add seasoning as required E.g black pepper mixed herbs sea salt tiny whatever suits yourself and the water placed at the base before putting anything else in saucepan not too large.
