As you see in the menu the leeks show especially the deep leaf part of the leek, the parsnips and carrots. You don’t need to add too much large amount as it seems to create quite a lovely meal. Before you join the 2 meals check who in your family or house doesn’t fancy curry on the day..then of course you can serve them separate and then what is remaining join them together… It still tastes yummy. Recall if you wish you may add tomato or other vegetables which ever ones you love. Also you can take out ones you don’t like ,even in my recipe…so be ok whatever you decide to do .

Recall the joining takes place after you find out who wants what and you may cook this with a bit of rice or use bread and dip in .

Please let me know what you think and if you have a lovely curry recipe to share with others please do. Thank you my email is antheacharles220@gmail.com
